The organization identifies the various needs of society by conducting microplanning and baseline surveys. After conducting these surveys North Bengal Art Academy aims to impart various sustainable livelihood trainings and activities and thus uplift the standards of these people by showing them a path to income generation through employment placements and self-employment generation through various market linkups.
