EDUCATION: As these children are not used to a routine environment a frequent counseling session daily would be organized apart from their education. Only education shall bring these children to light. The classes will be held in a systematic manner where every child shall be given special care.
FOOD AND NUTRITION: A well-balanced diet combined with regular physical activity is the cornerstone of good health. Poor nutrition can lead to reduced immunity, increased risk of disease, impaired physical and mental development, and reduced productivity. The children brought to the center shall be provided with a regular meal and physical activity to keep up their good health.
HEALTH & HYGIENCE: As these children are not used to proper hygiene practices they are more vulnerable to infectious diseases. Thus to overcome this issue proper hygiene practices will be taught and administered. A routine health checkup would.be a part of our regular activity.

The organization organizes projects targeted at skill development training among the youths, women, and girls. The trainings help the beneficiaries to improve their living conditions and be independent. In India women from the weaker sections are mostly dependent on their fathers and husbands for their needs so to free them from this condition and improve their quality of life we conduct various skill development trainings. Besides improving the economic condition of women we also spread awareness on issues like Education, Health, Nutrition, etc.
All these years we have traversed great distances and have expanded horizons in all directions. From the day of its inception, we have been working for the betterment of the people and the society. We target to alleviate poverty through employment generation programs, the fight is still on for basic facilities such as livelihood security, sanitation problems, education, and medical facilities. We strongly believe that a society can only be uplifted if the youths are skilled. To create a strong foundation we have conducted skill development training in the North Bengal region so that they can be employed or self- employed and their living conditions get better.
Various Microplanning and Baseline survey are conducted in close proximity of the forests or the forest dwellers which are situated inside the forest. Microplanning actually is an empowering process and it helps the villagers to know or learn more about themselves, about the resources available in the forest, the challenges of leading lives in the forest. Microplanning involves planning not only focusing in the activities but the overall development that needs to be taken in the area.
Baseline surveys are conducted in order to provide base information against which activities can be monitored and accessed during the implementation period. Baseline survey helps to identify the areas that needs to be focused. It helps in distinguishing the changes that a particular project has provided in the area.
